CONSTITUTIOIN

The Executive Management of the affairs of the Chamber shall vest with a Committee consisting of (15) fifteen Executive Committee Members.

ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS

After (15) Fifteen Executive Committee Members are elected by the Members, they shall elect among themselves one President, one Vice President, one General Secretary One Joint General Secretary and one Treasurer.

TERM OF OFFICE

The term of the office of the elected Members of the Committee of Management shall be 3 years. For the period of office of the members of the committee, the year shall begin from 1st April and end with 31st March irrespective of the date of election or assumption of office.

All the members of the Committee of Management shall vacate their office on 31st March of the third year in which their term of office expires, automatically, if an election is not held, the present committee members will continue till new committee assumes office.
